What do I mean by finding the right diet for you? In our last post, I was emphasizing on the importance of having a unique diet, specially tailored for your own GOALS and NEEDS. Each and every one of us is DIFFERENT. Therefore, some diets might work for others but may not work for you.

One of the ways to find the right and unique diet is to hire a professional health instructor or a dietitian. They can GUARANTEE your fat loss success. But the only problem is the costs are just through the roof. If you have the money and can afford one, I highly suggest you hire one.

Do you still want to get trim fast? Have you set your GOAL? Have you had your plans on ‘how to’ and ‘by when’ you’re going to achieve your GOAL??? In the last post we talked about the importance of having MOTIVATIONS. They will keep you going and they have kept me going all this while.


By now, you should have a simple and realistic goal, which will be the main driver in your fat loss battle, the driver to get trim quick. It doesn’t matter whether you want to lose 100 pounds or just 5 pounds, having a goal is a MUST!!! Do you know what the second key to get trim fast is? This is the key which determine your fat loss SUCCESS or FAILURE.


The second and the most important key to get trim fast and effectively is having the right and proper diet. Many have overlooked this matter. There are tons of diets out there. 100-Mile diet, Atkins diet, Detox diet, low-carb diet, low fat diet, low-sodium diet, low G.I. diet and much more, you just name it… Certain diets are better than the others. Certain diets are created for specific purposes. But every diet has its own unique advantages and disadvantages.

For example, low-carb diet works very well for weight control and obesity treatment. But will make your body weak or fatigue. In fact, the low-carb diet normally substitutes carbohydrate with high fat, which can be very bad for your heart.So, which diet is the right one for you? Would you be shocked if I say none of the diets suit you? Why is that?


It’s very simple. Everyone needs a proper diet, specially tailored for their GOALS and NEEDS. Can you use low-carb diet to get trim quick? It’s an excellent diet for obese people. But it may not be good for you who want to lose a few pounds before summer. Some people might need high-carb food for his or her diet. How to get trim Fast? Can I get trim fast? What's the fastest way to trim my hips and waist? Man boobs??? Do the questions sound familiar to you? These are common questions for people who are just about to start or have started their fat loss battle.


Can you get trim fast? Of course you can… Everyone can… The key question is “Are you willing to learn and stick to what you’ve learned?” To me, winning the fat war in 2-3 months time is fast enough. If it’s quicker than that, it just doesn’t seem right…

It’s either, your fat loss may not be permanent, you may starve your body which is not good, or you have lost fat in an extremely dangerous way…

Personally, to me, Get Trim Fast is about eating the food that you enjoy and doing a little of exercise… Is that hard? I don’t think so… Okay, what are the 3 key things to get trim fast?

The first key to fast and effective fat loss is MOTIVATION. If you lack of motivation, you wouldn’t reach your target or destination.Anything you do should be motivated by an OBJECTIVE. Motivation keeps you going… Motivation may be in the form of ‘negative’ or ‘positive’…

Maybe you’re looking fat in photos right now? But your partner wants you to be the BEST of you in the wedding photo, which is in another 3 months time. Losing 30 pounds in 3 months just to impress your partner with your new look would be an extremely great motivation…

Maybe you hate people picking on your double-chin? Or you had enough of those people who make fun of your ugly belly fat… All of these can be great motivations. They keep you going. They have kept me going. I too had enough of those teasing.

Alright, I hope you get my point. The first key to get trim fast is having an excellent motivation. It doesn’t have to be a complicated one. A simple and realistic one should do… Don’t waste your time… Set your GOAL now. How would you like to appear in photos another 3 months time?
